Courtney Glick Nutrition is a private, New Jersey-based nutrition practice offering concierge, telehealth, and in-home services.
As a licensed Registered Dietitian, board-certified pediatric specialist, and certified lactation consultant, Courtney has worked with hundreds of children and families. She brings extensive expertise in pediatric and adult nutrition, specializing in areas such as pregnancy and lactation, infant nutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, and ketogenic diet therapy. For 10 years, she served as the Registered Dietitian Coordinator at NYU Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, where she pioneered and implemented their first Ketogenic Diet program. Before pioneering the ketogenic diet program, Courtney spent six years as the pediatric dietitian at NYU Langone Medical Center. There, she was a trusted member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver medical nutrition therapy to patients with a diverse range of complex medical conditions. Working in a city-based teaching hospital in the heart of New York City allowed her to refine her skills in managing the most challenging and intricate nutrition cases. Additionally, Courtney is the published author of the book Epilepsy in Children and the scholarly articles Dietary Transitions and Health Outcomes in Four Populations – Systematic Review and Adherence to Classic Ketogenic Diet vs. Modified Atkins Diet in an Observational Cohort.
Courtney lives in Glen Ridge, NJ, with her family and three children. She has firsthand experience in the the challenges that come with feeding littles, balancing a hectic schedule and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
